Graduation and enrollment rate is not going up but down in last three years since it has been a magnet school (except for the one year (2005-2006) where it has to be wrong unless they attracted a bunch of new students in 10th grade and immediately lost them the next year which is not likely. So their themes are evidently not holding the student's interest. See below.
